The Disease of Hatred: We often experience stress, sadness and frustration because of the pressures of the community and those around us, both inside and outside our home. Sometimes we have to do things because of the pressures of the community to satisfy it.
It increases with time our anger toward ourselves. Then, after the bullying, we have to put our anger on the community.
It can develop into an actual mental illness that makes the person incapable of dealing with others and practicing life naturally and sometimes with fragrance and destruction. So things have to be put in the right place by a number of things.
The Disease of Hatred
The first is to recognize the fact that there are feelings of hatred towards others, even strangers to me, refuting those negative feelings, valuing your words because they express your inner feelings, the amount of hatred you release in a day is also harmful.
Second, use self-reflection exercises because they help you awaken your senses, like the famous yoga exercises. This is because they give you a measure to control your hatred because it’s a disease that happens to you and you have to control it.
Control of feelings of hate We all have moments where we hate a particular person and maybe for powerful reasons. Sometimes we hate a group of people because they remind us of a bad thing that has happened to us in the past.
Energy
You feel an energy that starts to enter your mind and control it and you start thinking angry about revenge.
So you have to exercise control of those feelings at the beginning before you lose your judgment and start hurting others and causing harm.
We must come of age to recognize the reality of different emotions and transcendent. There are bad things happening to us that we must take for granted just to transcend it, perhaps without stopping too much for progress.
Exercise, listen to music, read books because it’s one of the things that helps you to understand. This is because it’s the right way to understand the negative emotions that everyone is going through and to find a balance of self in order to address things.
