Habits play a vital role in our lives. It can ruin our lives as well as improve them. From the time we wake up until we hit the pillow at night most of the things we do during the day are wrapped up in certain habits. Some of these practices are designed to keep us healthy and certain habits may not be obvious but are harmful to us. Let’s see what this is.
 – Having fruit and food: – We get a good amount of carbohydrates from our normal diet and adding more carbohydrates, will exceed the limit and lead to an excessive carbohydrate diet.
-Not eating on time: -We should always eat our food on time. Once you have done that it helps us to stop our body clock at a certain time so that digestion and absorption of nutrients can take place at the same time every day and not be interrupted.
-Eating breakfast or any other food: -Skipping our food and above all skipping breakfast is not a good idea. It can lead to muscle loss/fatigue/irritability as there may be no energy and sugar to maintain during a busy period.
-Hard dinner: -Food has the power to ruin our lives if we are not careful with what we eat. The calories and carbs we have during lunch will not be used at night as we often sleep and unfortunately that is converted into fat stored in our body.
-Low water intake: -Drinking too little water can lead to dehydration and can directly affect our immune system, which can also be the cause of many diseases. At least two to three liters of water a day is a must!
-To keep a long gap between your food: -We should not keep long spaces between our meals. Longer periods will lead to us eating the next meal and will also reduce our BMR so that we eat more and that is the cause of weight gain.
-To cook your food quickly: -We should always take at least 20 minutes to complete the meal because chewing quickly will not help absorb and destroy the nutrients in the food we eat.
-Processed foods: – Processed foods that contain sugar, white flour, cornflour, can put us at risk by storing water in our body and will also increase the salt we eat due to preservatives.
-Mixing thirst and hunger: -Sometimes when we feel thirsty we can confuse ourselves with hunger and start eating unexpected food, so it is better to feel first, see ourselves and keep ourselves hydrated so that we do not feel hungry for less water.
 – Overeating: – Overeating can be easily seen and this can cause problems such as obesity and obesity. This is often considered an eating disorder. If you are a binge eater, it is time to make some changes. Controlling our part is the best way to eat mentally.
So sit down and think for a moment, are we doing any of these things in our daily lives? If so! Then don’t do it and bring good to your life!
