Silence is the language of the soul
Through silence, we can self-reflect, think about important matters or take clear decisions before we can act. It’s very difficult to have a deep silent moment through a busy day. We get the chance to experience silence mostly when we get sad, bored, through sleep, or after fights.
How to use a silent moment in a useful way?
Every time you got a silent moment in hand, grab it and close your eyes. Then, Breathe deep and relax. gently Inhale and release. Your mind will try to interfere, just come back to your breath. Again, gently stay focused on that deep breathing technique. Allow your thoughts and fears to fold in front of your closed eyes like a dream. As well, Surrender, observe, and softly let go. In addition, be aware of your whole body and notice how you feel when you start to let go. Further in the silence, you are ready to disappear. Meditation is the mastery of breathing deep.
Write the inside out
If you have a free moment use this silence. Grab a paper and write down what’s on your mind. maybe you write a joke, an idea, or a breakthrough. Therefore, You would be amazed at how creative you can get through the stress of life. In addition, try to grow the habit of “journaling ” and start using it throughout your days and nights. Also, you can create a dream journal for everything your subconscious mind is trying to communicate with you through the dream space while you are in a deep sleep.
What can you find in a silent moment?
We are programmed to be always on the run doing something. Besides, we are never taught, showed, or educated about the language of our own souls. In silence, we can self-reflect on our behaviors and decide to change. Through silent moments and breathing deep you would find the peace of mind you long for and you can see clearly with no doubt or fear. If you are facing an angry moment just be aware that you can choose silence and breathing deep, instead of shoutings and screams.
