Who is your subconscious mind?
The definition of the word “Subconscious” in psychology, is the part of the mind that is not currently in focal awareness.
Let’s consider the fact that your subconscious mind is like a huge memory safe box, its capacity is virtually unlimited and it permanently stores everything that ever happens to you.
“Questions in the air”
Do you remember when you tried to drive a car for the first time? Can you count the number of steps you need to take for a Tango dance? Have you ever tried to master a new hobby or new art?
Most likely, the first attempts to try a new set of complex actions are always a difficult process. therefore, when you become more skilled, these actions start to require less conscious awareness. Gradually, everything begins to flow naturally and restored automatically in your subconscious mind.
“The Three-level mind model
1. The conscious mind: Defines all thoughts and actions within your awareness. Do you still remember the beautiful smell of a red rose?
2. The subconscious mind: Defines all reactions and automatic actions you can become aware of if you think about them. for example, the ability to drive a car. Once you get skilled with time, you automatically stop thinking about which gears to use. Finally, driving becomes a subconscious fact that you are aware of.
3. The unconscious mind: Defines all past events and memories. Sometimes it is hard to remember things no matter how hard you tried. You would never be able to remember your first step as a baby or the first word you have ever spoken.
The subconscious mind remains much difficult to define, the subconscious thoughts do not seem to have their own processing pathway. In fact, they share the bits of both “conscious and unconscious ” routes of information processing.
