Women represent a vital purpose in our lives. They take care of our needs, provide us with necessities and, satisfy our wants. They sacrifice the little things to us, which means the most to them. Women are essential for a well-balanced family. In their absence, everything feels like forever. Their presence is like a blossoming flower, the first few drops of dew on leaves, and the first moment you hold snow in your palms. They have magic in the way they recognize beauty in fine things. They can capsize our moods effortlessly with their smile. Women live in a society where they, are criticized for their inability to be as competent as men.
24% population of women are unemployed due to social and economic backwardness.
Being the 2nd most populous country, India lacks the overall employment of women when compared to men. . After their higher education, they happen to be afflicted with marriage and its responsibilities. They hardly get time to give attention to themselves. They spend the entire day toiling at home, sometimes as a spouse and the other times as a mother. The women who are employed juggle amidst work and home every day. In rural states, women are married at an early age without providing them with an opportunity to explore themselves. Having a keen curiosity to follow their passion, a few succeed to influence their families, but the ones who aren’t bold enough to speak are left-back.
Happiness is when you love what you do, not when you are, forced to do it.
The young girls who have the talent to achieve what they want are, strangled with the burdens of building a home for themselves. Rarely, such women are happy. When they challenge to sacrifice everything they’ve ever wanted, we should stand for them, educate them and encourage them to follow their passion. Follow what soothes their soul and brings a smile to their face.
Women have recently excelled in almost all sports and tasks just as men.
They have been in IT, Athletics and Olympics, Research and Development, Medical and engineering, they have given a tough fight to stand up for themselves and follow their dream. They’re made to work at home, give birth to children and no one dares to ask them if that is what they wanted in their life, they are silenced for an eternity of misery.
Hence, it is my humble request to allow young girls and women to follow their dreams and let them soar higher. They are born warriors and with proper facilities provided, they will pass in flying colors.
