The eastern Stuffed chicken dish
A kilo of short grain rice
1. In the evening, we clean the chicken using rubbing it with salt and flour, and we cut it with long lines using the knife, after which we soak it with the sauce that we will prepare.
How to prepare the soaking sauce:
Peel the garlic and pound it, then add a cup of olive oil to it, add a cup of vinegar, a tablespoon of salt and spices (a tablespoon of turmeric and a teaspoon of crushed spices mixing rice, as well as half a spoon of ground cardamom, half a tablespoon of ground ginger, a spoon of paprika, half A spoonful of cinnamon, then add to the mixture a cup of lemon juice and a pinch of green thyme).
We marinate the chicken in this delicious sauce.
We leave the chicken soaked for the next day.
2. When starting to prepare the eastern stuffed chicken dish, soak the rice in water for ten minutes.

Then, we remove the water from the rice after cleaning it and add water and the following spices to it: (two tablespoons of mixed spices, half a teaspoon of cloves, half a spoon of turmeric, half a spoon of cardamom, half a tablespoon of cinnamon, salt to taste and a cube of Maggi. Next, we add two spoons of corn oil to the rice and cover it with water at a height of 2 cm and cover the bowl and leave it on medium heat until the water dries up, reduce the heat, then take a small cup of the rice in the bowl, and fill in the chicken.
Finally, we bring the thermal bag and reduce one of its ends a very small piece, and we put the chicken in the bag and tie it well, then put the chicken in the oven tray but do not forget to pour a cup of water in the tray, and leave the tray in the oven on low heat for an hour and a half.
Now, after the required time has passed, we take out the chicken and empty the water that is inside the bag into the rice bowl on the fire. Then, we raise the chicken to the upper fireside of the oven.
Finally, we serve the rice on a flat big plate, we place the chicken in the middle and decorate it with nuts, and serve the eastern stuffed chicken dish with yogurt and any kind of green leaves that you choose, such as watercress.
