We’ve heard parents complain that their babies are malnourished and below the recommended weight. Others have babies as big as balloons!
Most infections that have come up nowadays are due to the unhealthy feeding habits that have escalated recently.
Since this pandemic has forced most of us to stay and work from home, this is helpful because it’s strengthening the bond in some families and homes.
Thought I would share with you something you didn’t know which could change your life for good.
I don’t mean to offend anyone but let’s get the facts straight, the truth always hurts.
Some children have been diagnosed with boils or blockages that grow in the throat and prevent them from breathing.
Today, I want you, the one reading to use food as medicine and prevent these catastrophic situations from knocking on your door.
Do you know how painful it is to have a baby undergo surgery at such a young age with all the risks involved just to extract those blockages?
Let me be frank and tell you that animal milk, be it in powder or any other form is not good for your child.
Let’s not complicate our lives with the unhealthy lifestyle we’re leading when we can practice healthy cheap methods.
Animal proteins or milk was, quote me very well, it used to be the best alternative to give babies and toddlers and it was the ideal energy saver for working mothers.
In this era now, it is not advisable to use it! Maybe the processed one could help you in the meantime, but do you take time to think of the processes and refining that crude milk goes through to become powder, the additives, and all the other ingredients they add so that it can last long?
Do you really think that all those components are good for your child and his health as they grow?
Have you taken time to know if it’s doing any contribution to their health, or you simply want to rush to work and be on time so that your boss won’t fire you, you’d prefer bottle feeding to use your breasts?
I know some women don’t want sagging or loosening breast skin that’s why they don’t breastfeed so that the bosom remains fully supple!
This would be a very ridiculous excuse if you’re using it and I hope you do change my dear.
With the increasing animal diseases especially from those we obtain milk from, it’s not advisable to use the products from such animals as the intoxication level increases when consumption occurs.
So I have found one big secret that could gladly change your life!
Did you know that we can get milk from plants? Of course, you didn’t!
I guess you didn’t ever think this would happen.
Let me lessen your curiosity by telling you that soya milk is the best alternative if you don’t want to breastfeed a weaning baby!
This is rather more ideal than using animal milk, or it’s proteins!
So this is the first meal plan that I want to share with you.
1. Soya bean milk
So when using this, we shall need the dry soya beans. This is because they are the most effective to use and don’t need a lot of time preparing.
So basically, we shall sort the bad ones out and retain the good ones.
Wash with warm water to get rid of any dust or dirt and place them in a clean dish or bowl, whatever suits you!
I had nearly forgotten that 250gms to 500gms can work for us compared to the way your baby consumes.
There are those infants who really have an appetite that’s why the 500gms would be ideal, but if the baby is the other case, then we can start with the 250gms.
So after we’ve placed them into the dish, we get at least 750mls of water and add to the dish which contains the soya bean seeds.
Soak overnight for maximum absorption to take place. Sometimes you can soak from four to six hours but as for me, I do it overnight.
This is because the seeds will take in the water and will enlarge or become bulky. You must have heard of something like ‘Osmosis’ and that’s the process that occurs.
This may as well be referred to as osmosis.
So for best results, do it overnight!
In the morning, the beans will be swollen with water and so that’s a good sign that the process did take place.
The enzyme that the body doesn’t need, will have also diffused out leaving only the nutrients that are going to build our bodies.
So, remove the beans from that water you soaked them in and place them into a blender jug.
Add boiled warm or cold water and blend till fine.
You will be surprised at the whiteness of the soya bean milk after blending.
But remember to place in small quantities so that the blending is eased. And remember water should be boiled!
So strain the liquid into a clean dish to get rid of the fibers and the white liquid milk will stain it.
Once the blending is done, light the stove or gas.
Transfer the milk into the boiling pan which we are to use.
Caution: soya bean milk is like any other type so it needs mild fire or temperature as it can form foam and may end up pouring out.
It also needs you to keep stirring regularly so that it may not burn at the bottom of the pan.
With this known, boil the milk for about fifteen minutes until you see the boiling or the foam rising.
Remove the pan and let it cool.
You can comfortably give this milk to the baby when the temperature is right for their consumption.
It is very good I tell you and soon your baby will be glowing and put on a healthy weight that will not cause you complications.
Soya bean milk does not only work on babies but also adults.
It’s good for women who are hitting their menopause, men who are having problems with prostate cancer.
It prevents breast cancer and cervical cancer.
For the elderly suffering from arthritis or any disease related bones, take this for two weeks and you will be glad you tried this!
It will build the tendons, ligaments, and add calcium that’s enough for the child’s growth to become strong.
If you also want to look younger, this is the deal! Don’t look anywhere else.
If you do this for a month, the changes will be visible.
For the adults, use this twice a day. In the morning and evening. And for the children, four times would be great.
You can also bottle feed it to the baby any time, anywhere. Please don’t add anything, take it as it is.
For adults, if the smell is not exquisite like the one you’re used to, you can add ginger or cinnamon and take.

2. Potato milkshake
It’s funny, isn’t it? I know you’re wondering how we can get milk from potatoes but don’t worry, am here to give you the details.
First, we’re not going to get milk from potatoes, but this is the fundamental ingredient for our recipe.
We shall boil milk, the milk that you know; animal milk if you can’t find the soya beans.
Once it’s ready, we shall cool it down as we prepare the potatoes.
Here, we are going to use fresh potatoes from the garden.
They can also be from the market.
We shall wash them with warm water to remove the soil or dirt till clean.
After, we shall take a knife and peel them while chopping them into small pieces about seven centimeters by seven.
Placing them in a clean pan, we shall rinse them again before placing them into the boiling pan.
Boil until tender, and let them cool.
Take 500mls of the boiled milk and place into the blender. Add the boiled potatoes after removing them from the pan and blend.
Please don’t add anything to this! I beg you not even sugar!
I would have written that in red and even underlined it for you, don’t!
Blend the mixture till fine. Strain out and let only the finest of the finest through the sieve since this is a baby’s meal.
The thickness of the liquid will be like that of yogurt.
So you can finally feed the baby with this.
The baby won’t cry for a long time to alert you that they are hungry since this is one heavy meal. After thirty minutes when the baby has consumed this, give the baby two spoonfuls of mildly warm water.
This is to aid digestion and to prevent the wind.
Sometimes you may just leave the water but I would gladly advise that you give it to them.
Many times this water is very beneficial!
