Whether you are just in need of it, or you enjoy it as a ritual, the cup of coffee has had an incredible impact on our lives. I’ve been spending my whole adulthood around the block, visiting coffee shops, and enjoying myself with different types of coffee. Along the way, I came across many baristas who were glad to help to teach me how to make my favorite cup of coffee in my own home!
Autumn cozy in your home
Firstly, you sure know this, but I’d like to make a stop to a very simple, yet delicious type:
- Espresso – and you don’t need an expensive machine for this one!
You could use the Moka pot. The Moka pot method is easy. Measure and grind the amount of coffee you want, it should be caster sugar consisted. Add enough water to your Moka pot to reach the fill line. Add coffee and attach a spouted top. It goes over medium-high heat. Your cup of joe is ready when the top of the Moka pot is full of coffee.
Have your mug ready. Pull 3oz espresso shot into a separate glass. Pour 3oz of hot water into the mug you chose to drink from. Add the espresso shot into the mug and enjoy!
You’ll put 1/3 steamed milk and 2/3 espresso. Add milk foam.
Add 2/3 steamed half and a half and 1/3 espresso.
- Flat White
You just need 2/3 steamed milk and 1/3 espresso.
Use 1/3 milk foam, 1/3 hot milk, and 1/3 espresso. Voila!
Whipped cream is optional. Add 1/5 steamed milk, 2/5 chocolate, 2/5 espresso.
- Caffe Affogato
Use 2/5 espresso and 3/5 vanilla ice cream!
It is as simple as it gets! Add 3/4 steamed milk and 1/4 espresso.
Double shot espresso + dash of steamed milk, equals love.
- Cafe au Lait
Add 1/2 steamed milk and 1/2 espresso.
- Iced coffee
Chilled coffee plus ice cubes and you’re ready to rock!
Just imagine your life with this variety of coffee choices every day. And all you need is dare to try.
