Enjoy the tiny things in life. That hot cup of tea you’ve been dreaming of all day, or once you reach the pocket of these jeans you haven’t worn in weeks and find $5. the tiny stuff matters when handling big challenges.
ALWAYS BE PROUD ON YOURSELF:
Be pleased with all that you’ve lived through. You’ve made it this far in life, which in itself is an accomplishment!
CELEBRATE ALL THE GOOD THINGS:
Celebrate all the great things in life. There could also be bad, but you’ll always find the great. specialize in those things and you’ll be happy you probably did.
NEVER FEEL ASHAMED:
Don’t be ashamed of what you’ve been through or what you’re dealing with.
