They just work too much and ignore their health. When they realize this, the time has already gone. The thing people don’t understand is that one can make money when he is healthy. I have seen many people who are so busy in their lives that they don’t even take care of their diet. No proper diet leads to weakness which gives birth to many health problems. What they don’t understand is that they will not be able to do anything without health. Health is everything. When I have a toothache, I am not able to do anything. That toothache controls my whole body and forms a sensation of pain in the whole body. At that time I realize the importance of health.

Some people think that they will make a lot of money so that they can spend their old age in peace but that usually doesn’t happen. If everyone understands that “wealth is not health” and stops running after money then they can peacefully spend their whole life. Our health needs our attention and care. Without care, it becomes unpleasant and man loses his power. Health and fitness is the actual potential of a body.

The things required for this fitness include a proper daily exercise or walk and a proper diet. Eating junk food on a daily basis makes our immunes system very weak and leads to many diseases. We should eat healthy fruits and vegetables instead of junk food make our immune system very strong and are very important for our health.
