5 ways to reduce hair fall
We lose hair every day, more than 100 strands of hair fall every day but when we lose hair more than growth this situation is called hair fall. This excessive loss of hair is harmful it may lead to baldness. It has several causes like changes in diet, deficiency of vitamins, side effects of drugs and shampoos, etc. So there are 5 effective ways of reducing hair fall:
It contains a large amount of protein and nicotinic acid which are highly beneficial for the hair regrowth. It also helps in providing silky and long hair with luster and bounce.
Soak it in the water for the whole night and then make a paste of it. Mix it in the oil like, almond oil, olive oil, etc.
It contains sulfur to support thick and strong hair. The sulfur in it also helps to promote collagen production which promotes hair growth by forming healthy skin cells.
Take onion juice and mix 4 tablespoons of it with the Caster oil and apply it on your scalp as well as on length. Then wash it after 1hr.apply it thrice a week.
Curd or yogurt provides protein to hair follicles which are essential for hair growth. It contains lactic acid that works as a cleansing agent that removes the dead skin cells.
Apply curd on your scalp and as well as on length and keep it there until the hair becomes stiff and then wash it with the help of shampoo.
It contains the agents that can regulate the blood circulation which triggers hair follicles and stimulates hair growth. It also cleans the scalp because it is a natural antiseptic.
Apply the juice on your scalp and if your hair is dry then mix it with olive oil and then wash it after 1 hour.
Oils are also helpful for hair regrowth and these oils are like magic to hair like Olive oil, Castor oil, Almond oil, Gooseberry oil, Argula oil
Apply one of them or the mixture of all these for a minimum 2hrs and a maximum of 8hrs and then rinse with water.
