Blood cancer, also called as Leukemia, is cancer in the White Blood Cells (WBC) of the body. Even though there are three blood cells – Red Blood Cells (RBC), White Blood Cells (WBC), and Platelets in the human body, Leukemia generally refers to cancer of the WBC.
WBC is one of the vital components of the immune system. These cells protect our body from invasion of bacterias, viruses, fungi as well as from other abnormal cells and foreign substances. When leukemia occurs, WBC cells get affected, and they don’t function like normal WBC’s. These cells will divide quickly and form a group of cells eventually.
Some Symptoms of Blood Cancer:
If blood is coming out during your mouth, nose, or defecation, do not ignore it as a general problem, but go to the doctor as soon as possible and get your exam done.
Rhesus on the body:
Reducing the number of platelets in the blood is also one of Leukemia’s symptoms. When there are not enough cells of these blood clots in the body, injuries and bleeding become normal. Due to the low number of platelets, small blood vessels are broken down in the skin, due to which the body has blue or baggy color marks.
Sweating while sleeping:
If you suddenly start sweating while sleeping at night, then know that this is also a symptom of blood cancer. However, it is not known why this happens to patients with leukemia.
When a person is suffering from leukemia, the number of hemoglobin falls in his body rapidly.
The oxygen of hemoglobin deficiency does not reach all the organs in sufficient quantities, due to which all organs cannot work properly and you always feel tired.
Chest pain, swelling of the legs:
Inflammation of the feet and frequent swelling in the chest, usually seen in patients with leukemia, also results in problems like bleeding and blood clotting.
Due to the low volume of white blood cells, the body’s immunity power becomes weak. Because of this, the patient repeatedly gets into the infection.
If you are suffering from the cold or any type of infection, do your checkup immediately with the doctor.
If you see any of these symptoms, it does not mean that you are in the grip of leukemia or blood cancer.
Rather, the meaning of the symptoms is that you should never ignore these symptoms and be careful to avoid any future difficulties and be sure to check your checkup.
This is a typical early sign of leukemia. The weakness in the body usually happens, and it made the affected one feel drained and washed out. If one has a weakness for a prolonged period, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Cancer cells usually take up energy stored in the body and use up for their metabolism. When leukemia affects, the same case will happen. These cancer cells drain energy from the body and the affected person will lose weight, becoming thin day by day. If one is eating normally but still losing weight, it is time to check with a doctor.

Swollen lymph glands:

Fever is the most common and one of the early signs of cancer. The recurrence of illness over a specified period is a significant sign of leukemia. Usually, the disease occurs when the affected WBC cells spread from their origin point.
It is recommended to make an appointment with a doctor if there are any of the above said signs or symptoms or anything that worry you.
