Apple cider vinegar, otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple must and has a pale to medium amber color. Unpasteurized or organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can make the vinegar look slightly congealed.

Kidney stones are tiny masses made of crystals that get formed in the kidneys. Though these stones may not cause permanent damage, their very presence can pose threats towards an individual’s health and wellness. In most cases, these stones get dissolved within weeks and get passed through the urinary tract. But, even during this duration, they can cause a great deal of pain and discomfort, especially in the abdominal area. But there are a few unfortunate cases, in which it might take longer than that for these stones to get dissolved.

But, there are also several natural ways of eliminating these stones and getting relief from the unpleasant symptoms. The one that we’re referring to requires one ingredient in particular, and that is apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar is one of the very effective home remedies that help in dissolving the kidney Stones and also increases the alkaline level in the body that helps reduce the pain.

Here are some various ways to consume ACV:

Method 1 –

To prepare an ACV solution, Mix 2 tablespoons of ACV into 16 tablespoons of freshwater. Usually, the recommended dose is ACV and water in the ratio of 1:10.

You have to drink this solution daily before each meal to get rid of kidney stones.

Always dilute ACV before drinking, Otherwise, it can cause burns in throat, mouth, and even damage your teeth.

Continue to take ACV once or twice a week even if your stone is flushed out. This will prevent the formation of new stones.

Method 2 –

Mix 1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar with 2 tsp of honey and consume it at least 5 times a day with 3 hours interval.

If You do not like the taste, mix ACV and honey in the mentioned amount, dilute it by adding this to a glass of warm water, and then consume it as mentioned above.
