- It doesn’t add your butt, because it just lifts all the muscle from your thighs upwards to your butt part. Because when you’re not doing some butt exercise your butt muscle goes down and it becomes your thighs muscle that’s why some girls have thick thighs. However, it’s okay because sometimes there are people who prefer having big thighs than a big butt.
- Lastly, it activates your growth hormones. How and Why? Because when you do a butt exercise your parts from your back down to your feet are being activated, that’s why your growth hormones from your joints are also being activated. Where are the joints?
