Researches shows that jogging in place improves heart rate, burns fat and calories, and improves lung capacity for breathing. It can also improve body movement and agility. Beginners can do this from ten to twenty counts while experts can do this from twenty to fifty counts or more for optimal fitness.
Fitness gurus and gym experts have demonstrated that burpees can help burn calories and fat easily. They had shown marvelous results doing this from five to ten repetitions. For newbies in this exercise, they can only make it till five. While for experts and athletes, they can do this exercise for more than twenty repetitions.
The final set of exercise recommended by experts is to do Squats. Keep the torso straight and head up. The benefits of this exercise are to improve your digestion and enhance body strength. Do ten to twenty repetitions.
