Enlightenment is the state of unfragmented conciousness,when the consciousness becomes free from the ‘conditioning’ or ‘attachment’ to knowledge ,but can use knowledge acurrately. In other words self knowledge is called as enlightenment Sadhguru: In India, enlightened beings have been referred to as Dwijjas. Dwijja means twice-born. Once you were born out of your mother’s womb;it happened unconciously.You did not make it happen nature did it to for you.when you were born,You came with a certain innocence and blissfulness.A child is innocent and blissful by himself.But since this blissfulness did not happen consciously, anybody can corrupt it no time. In no time , they willtake it away.Children are becoming tense at 5-6 years of age today because their innocence gets corrupted in no time, depending upon volume of influence that people around have on them. HOW DOES ONE BECOME ENLIGHTENED?
Enlightened people accept themselves just the way they are. This begins by being aware of any self critical thought and then deciding that they are not true. the second act of acceptance is to accept other people and the world as they are . they don’t urge to change people according to them.Enlightenment is cutting your own self from thoughts,beliefs,ego,jelousy.this is the true self where you find peace. 5 SIGNS OF ENLIGHTENMENT
1- YOU ARE TRULY HAPPY
Ask your self are you truly happy? Are you content with yourself? Do you really feel peace in yourself? Does your happiness comes from within? Are you looking for someone outside to make you happy?
The sages of Himalayas teach that goal of life is to be happy. Now it depends on self what it is looking.
2- PAIN AND PLEASURE NO LONGER AFFECT YOU.
Think about how often we are running after pleasure, it happens almost every time. We are chasing pleasure and running away from pain. We never really happy and never been able to appreciate life. When we are balance life and enlightened, we no longer distracted by pain and pleasure. 3- YOU RECOGNIZE LIFE AS A GIFT AND YOU HAVE A LIMITED TIME ON EARTH.
gratitude and thankfulness is an essential rung on the ladder to enlightenment. When you wake up in the morning, do you wake up with happiness or upset? Are you envious of others joy or struggling to find yours? Are you grateful or express gratitude?
4- YOU DELIGHT SILENCE. Let Silence Be The Art You Practice-RUMI. Silence is really difficult for most of us. practicing silence is really hard for some people. Most of the time we just mindlessly chatter, we have an innate need to fill space around us. But the yogic sciences teach us that when mind is calm the heart speaks. When we train our mind to turn inward, all of the answer we are seeking found. 5- YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF DEATH we all one way or other afraid of death.
