A girl born in a town called Shimla was named Rose by her parents. She was a bright, quirky, down to earth kind of a girl who loved her family very much. She had an elder sister and was living in a joint family. There were many relatives of her father who were staying with them. She had a wonderful childhood playing with her brothers and sisters and having fun in school and such. But as she grew up her family was struggling to make ends meet, she realized that there was money shortage in their house. The family that was living with her didn’t even care for the little children. For those people, money was more important than people. So she started realizing that people will stay with you and pretend to be happy when you have money, but once it disappears, people vanish “JUST LIKE THAT.” So she started hating them.
There was quarreling among the family, and many fights occurred between the parents. Rose hated it, all the fighting and commotion. She had nothing but a small bicycle that she drove around her streets. It was her happy place, and she loved driving her bicycle up and down the streets. She used her bicycle to go to shops to buy chocolates, which she loved because, in this world filled with harsh, horribly speaking people, the only thing sweet was”CHOCOLATE.” So she ate them whenever her father gave her pocket money, running to the shop to buy them. Rose even taught her younger sister how to ride a bicycle, but when her older sister bought a scooter, she didn’t even have the basic courtesy to teach her little sister, Rose, but only told her not to touch her scooter (sisters are mean sometimes). So the dream of the little girl was to become an astronaut and go to Jupiter to visit her friend “Pout Pout,” the cute elephant. But as time passed, she became afraid that people will die if they visit space. So that dream faded and she started studying, and she became a studious girl. When Rose was 13 years old, she was separated from her father; he had to go out of town for business, so she had to take care of her family. She missed her father very much since he was a very caring and loving father. After a year her father came back and they were a happy family again… TO BE CONTINUED ….
